More often than not, our initial engagement with a new client begins with an IT assessment.  Most often it’s a complete, top-to-bottom assessment of the entire IT organization, infrastructure, applications, projects, processes, procedures, and policies.  Other times it is a highly focused assessment of a mission critical application. 

Our process for assessments starts by meeting with the sponsoring executive to clearly define the desired scope and outcomes.  The product of this initial meeting is a Statement of Work that includes an outline of the finished assessment.
